Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including those suspected of fraud.
3. Shipping Delivery
We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot make changes to the shipping address.
Anella is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Returns Exchanges
Items must be returned within14 days of delivery in their original condition.
Final sale items, custom pieces, and gift cardsare non-returnable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect items (see our Return Policy for details).
5. Product Availability
We strive to keep our inventory accurate, but availability is not guaranteed. If an item is out of stock after purchase, we will notify you and provide a refund.
