Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility — we do not provide prepaid return labels. We are not liable for lost returns and strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Final sale items, custom pieces, and gift cards are not eligible for return. We cannot accept returns for items purchased through third-party retailers or resellers.
Exchanges
We offer size and color exchanges for the same item, based on availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
Order Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at customerservice@anellathelabel.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review and follow up with next steps.

- We’ll send you the return instructions and shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 5 business days.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference. Please allow up to 20 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.
